When using Cricut Design Space, if you encounter something that isn't working the way you think it should, or have an idea about how to improve the experience, please submit the problem or feedback using the Feedback tool that is found in the Account Menu.
When reporting a problem, if possible take a screenshot of the issue and include it with your feedback. If you need help knowing how to take a screenshot on your device, refer to your device user manual.

- Select the account menu. Then select Feedback.
- Enter your email address and a detailed description of the problem you are experiencing or the suggestion you have.
- Use the paperclip icon in the lower right of the feedback window to attach any screenshots or screencasts that may help us understand the issue or suggestion better. Select Send to submit your feedback.
- Select the Account Menu in the app. Then select Help & Feedback > Send Feedback.
- A small window will appear and give you the option Report a problem or Suggest an improvement. Select the option that best describes what you wish to submit.
- A reporting form will appear where you can enter your email address and describe the problem or suggestion in detail. When reporting a problem, be as detailed as possible in describing the issue and the steps you took to arrive at the problem. This will help the developers to narrow down and correct the root cause of the problem.
- If you would like to add a screenshot or recording to your Bug Report or Feedback, select the appropriate option from the bottom of the form. You have several options: Take a screen recording, Take a screenshot, Select image from gallery, and Record a voice note (iOS). Tap the option for what you wish to do.
- When you have finished your report, select the paper airplane symbol in the upper right corner of the reporting form to submit your report. You will receive a message when the report has been received.
- Select the Account Menu in the app. Then select Feedback.
- A small window will appear and give you the option to Send Bug Report or Send Feedback. Select the option that best describes what you wish to submit.
